1 happy Weekend

Last thursday and friday i did not come to office because i was feeling a little bit ill,

Saturday came and I'm feeling a little bit better. I went to manila zoo because there was a PiPho (http://pinoyphotography.org/) event which was sponsored by Canon. One of the main event was an On the spot Photo Contest which has a theme that has something to do about summer, So of course as a participant of the event i want to win. At first I have a problem on what to shoot simply because there are a lot of subjects and almost everywhere i saw shooters shooting what I think is Nice to shoot.

Then I saw the fountain where almost every shooter is also shooting, Some kids are playing there and tried to tell them to have a group hug and shoot several frames, even though i knew a lot of shooters has a shot on that area, I still submit that shot because I like the smiles on the kids faces playing on the fountain, and the splash of the water is nicely caught in the frame. Guess What? I won first price... (Beginners Luck indeed) To Canon thanks for the Printer =).

Sunday came and still I'm happy because of what i recieved the previous day. It was our graduation at FPPF and we have a competition about Portrait and Still Life. At first I really dont expect to win because a lot of my classmates images are better than mine. I submited a kettle pouring over a cup for my still life entry and a Kid beggar for my portrait. Guess what again. I won second place for my Portrait entry. =) this time a gor a trophy

So enough talk, Like what sir John Chua our guess speaker on our graduation said "Enough Talk, Its Bull Sh!@#!@#t" (hehhehe) Lets images do the talk... But not like what sir John Chua showed us his images are really incredible.... Here's My Winning Entries.
